Extra-ordinary General Assembly for the Board of Members in EURATEX
On Friday 10th December 2010 the Extra-ordinary General Assembly approved all the resolutions submitted to adoption including the membership list, the 2011 budget and the 2011 contribution scale[1]. The President for the 2011-2012 term was elected while three new Board members have been accepted (please find below the list of the Board members and their function). Detailed minutes will be sent as soon as possible.
